To reset the service light on a Volkswagen Caddy, turn on the instrument panel by turning the ignition key: once the panel is on, press and hold the right button in the centre of the panel. At this point, rotate the left cursor in the centre of the panel until the spanner icon and the miles remaining until the next service are displayed: you must now keep the same button pressed for a few seconds until the confirmation message for the reset appears. Then you can turn off the instrument panel.
