How to Reset the Volkswagen Atlas Radio?

When the Volkswagen Atlas radio is not functioning properly, often due to a software error, you may need to reset it completely. To perform the reset, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch, turn it, and power on the radio: once it is on, press and hold the button located on the left side of the device. While continuing to hold this button, you will notice that the radio will turn off and then back on, completely resetting itself and returning to the factory settings.
