How to Replace a Non-Working Speedometer on the Volkswagen Santana

As seen in the video, the speedometer of the Volkswagen Santana is no longer functioning correctly. It seems to work fine when first turned on and for about the first mile, but after that, it stops working. The malfunction of the speedometer is due to worn gears that allow its operation. Remove the instrument cluster by completely extracting it from the vehicle and disassemble it into its various parts. You will need to obtain replacement washers. Also, clean inside the housing where the gears are located and then proceed with the replacement.
