In this tutorial, we can see how to adjust the handbrake in the Volvo C70, a very simple and quick operation. First of all, we position the vehicle on a flat surface with the first gear engaged, then we release the handbrake and lift the center armrest. Next, we disengage the small indicated door using a flat-tip screwdriver, locate the adjustment bolt, and lightly tighten it with a Torx T40 wrench. Once we have reached the ideal tension level, we verify it by bringing the lever to the maximum position and then reassemble everything.
