To perform an oil and filter change on a Yamaha Mt07 motorcycle, we first need to remove the side cover of the bike and then unscrew the oil tank cap to help with the draining. We also unscrew the oil pan cap and let the used motor oil drain into a container. During the draining, we can also unscrew the oil filter. Once the oil has finished draining, we tighten the oil pan nut and insert the new filter. We pour the new motor oil into the tank and close the cap. All that's left is to start the engine to circulate the new oil.
