Today we will see how to disassemble and replace the battery of a Yamaha Xmax 300. First we go to remove the fixing screws of our visor, thus removing the latter: then we remove the side plastics and the front fairing of the scooter, in order to access the battery. At this point we disconnect the two terminals (positive and negative pole) and we go to remove it, replacing it with the new one. We reinsert the battery, in the right direction, and go to reconnect the terminals; we just have to reassemble the front fairing and the visor, following the video tutorial to the end!

How to disassemble the Sym Mio variator and rollers

In this video tutorial we will see the procedure necessary for the disassembly and replacement of the variator, together with the rollers, of the Sym Mio scooter. First we put the central stand and start by unscrewing all the bolts of the crankcase cover, using a socket wrench; after which we proceed to remove the fan and bell nuts, as shown in the video.
