We recommend using 2.5 liters of Motul 7100 10W-40 oil for this bike (otherwise Bardhal XTS). Turn on the bike for a few minutes in order to make the oil more liquid, favoring its subsequent pouring. Unscrew the upper cap of the engine oil compartment and then the lower one, so as to ensure the circulation of air during the leakage. Collect the used lubricant in a tray and dispose of it properly. Insert the recommended oil from the top hole and tighten this as well. During the casting, if the time has come, change the oil filter which must be simply unscrewed, remembering to lubricate the o-ring of the new filter.

How to remove the Harley Davidson Softail headlight and bulb

Let's see in this guide how to remove and replace the headlight and its bulb of the Harley Davidson Softail. First of all we put the stand on our motorbike and we begin to unscrew the fixing screw of the metal frame that we find under the light; once removed we can gently extract the optical group, disconnecting the electrical connector of the light bulb, as shown in the video. At this point we replace the bulb with the new one, of the right type and having the same attack; then we reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
