Let's see below the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the shock absorber or central suspension of the Yamaha MT-09. First, we put our motorcycle on the stand and start unscrewing the nut that we find between the frame with a 14 mm socket wrench with an extension; then we use a pin to disconnect the suspension, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew and disconnect the suspension from the lower part, removing it from the frame; we replace it with the new one, as well as with the original one, and finally, we adjust the preload of the spring after securing it!

How do you replace the air filter of the Benelli RFS 150i?

The procedure for replacing the air filter on the Benelli RFS 150i involves opening the underseat compartment so that the seat itself can be placed in a vertical position: once it has been lifted, it will be possible to loosen the screws that fix it to its housing, so that it can be removed. In the front part of the underseat compartment, you will find the air filter box, which will be opened so that the filter can be removed from inside its housing. In this way, it will be possible to insert the new replacement piece, and then reinstall the panel.
