Start the engine to warm up the bike for a few minutes: this will make the oil less viscous, facilitating drainage. Remove the lower protection of the bike as shown in the video, and unscrew the bolt that seals the lower drain hole. Collect the used oil in a container and dispose of it properly. Meanwhile, unscrew the oil filter cap and pull out the filter; before inserting the new part, remember to lubricate the O-ring. Close the lower drain hole, measure the amount of oil drained, and refill the same amount through the upper fill hole. Refit the protection.
