Want to change the oil on your scooter? Here’s how to replace the oil on the Yamaha Nmax 125. Lift the scooter using the centre stand, then use a socket spanner to unscrew the large securing bolt of the oil container cap where the oil filter is located. Remove the oil filter, clean it or replace it. Screw in the oil filter after changing the oil. Unscrew the oil drain bolt and let the oil flow into a container, then screw the drain bolt back in, ensuring it fits snugly against the engine walls. Refill the engine with the new oil recommended by the manufacturer (the refill cap is located on the side of the engine).
