To dismantle the engine of the Yamaha YZ 250, loosen the screws that secure the engine block to the corresponding mounts, allowing it to be removed from its housing: you will also need to disconnect all sensor connectors and detach the hoses. At this point, unscrew the bolts securing the cylinder to remove it and access the piston inside: this must be detached from its connecting rod, which can then be removed from the crankshaft. This way, any further internal components can be replaced, and everything can be reassembled.
