To replace the exhaust on a Yamaha MT-09, you need to loosen the bolts that secure it to its housing, allowing you to free it from the corresponding supports. Once the mounting bolts have been removed, you can widen the ring that connects the exhaust to the exhaust manifold. When the old exhaust has been freed from its housing, you can insert the new one and secure it to the corresponding supports: connecting it to the manifold via its ring will allow you to check that everything functions correctly.

How to Check the Coolant Level in a Yamaha Xmax

In the following video, you will learn how to check the coolant level in a 2008 Yamaha Xmax. First, position the motorcycle on a stable surface by raising the stand. Next, lift the cover located at the top of the motorcycle to access the coolant drain bolt. To top up the coolant, unscrew the cap as shown in the video and add the fluid until it reaches the maximum level, indicated as Max. Once finished, close the valve and refit the cover. At this point, start the engine and let it run at idle for a few minutes to eliminate any air bubbles that may have formed inside.
