In this tutorial, you will see how to change the engine oil in a Yamaha MT-09, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the engine is cool enough, then place a container underneath the bike, locate the drain hole bolt, and unscrew it using a 17 mm socket.

Allow all the oil in the system to drain out, unscrew the old filter, and tighten both the replacement filter and the bolt. At this point, simply pour in the required amount of oil through the designated upper hole.
