Answer

The Reanult Clio's fuel filler flap closes via a metal rod connected to an electric motor. In case of failure of the motor, in order to open the flap, it is necessary to intervene through the inside of the luggage compartment, removing the right side cover in correspondence with the tank, and extracting the metal rod that blocks the flap.
