How to Remove the Fuel Lock on a Renault Megane

Don't know how to remove the fuel lock and flap on your Renault Megane? Start by removing the rear wheel using a suitable telescopic wrench, then detach the plastic wheel arch liner with a screwdriver, and access the fuel flap opening motor. Grasp the plastic lever of the motor with your hands and pull it to the right to unlock the fuel lock, or the opposite to lock it (if present on the model). Now remove the fuel flap along with the screws. After removing the lock, replace the damaged part with a new one of the same type.
