Answer

If the low beam of your Citroen C3 is not working, first check that there are no damaged bulbs. If not, then you can verify that it is a "gone" fuse. You can check by looking in the various fuse boxes located under the dashboard, or in the glove compartment, or in the hood of your car, in the engine compartment next to the battery. If the fuse is gone you can see it easily: the tab is black. You just have to replace it.
