Answer

The abbreviation SWD, on a Jeep, identifies the parking sensors. So the indicator that they are not available could simply mean that they are dirty (mud, snow or dirt from the road) to do their job. It is best to try cleaning them with a soft, slightly damp cloth. It should work: otherwise, unfortunately, it's an ECU problem.
