Answer

If the infotainment system is not working on the Volkswagen Tiguan, the first thing to do is to check the related fuse. It is #18 located in the engine compartment, between the battery and the right side of the hood. If it doesn't work, we recommend disconnecting the negative pole of the battery and waiting at least 15/20 minutes for it to reset. Make sure you have the radio code on hand if you follow this route.
