Removing the radio from the 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan is a straightforward task to do yourself. The first step is to remove the centre console; to do this, unscrew the two central screws and then insert a plastic lever into the small gap to completely remove the hard plastic part. Next, proceed to remove the radio itself. Unscrew the four side screws and then pull the radio from its slot, disconnect the connector, and you're done. Reinstallation follows the same steps, just in reverse order. Perform this operation with the engine and ignition off.
