In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the car radio in a Volkswagen Tiguan, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not in the ignition, then unclip the two upper panels of the central console and unscrew the released screws.

Next, use a plastic spatula to pry along the seam of the frame, separate it from the dashboard, and unscrew the four screws securing the car radio. At this point, you can extract the module from its housing, disconnect the rear connectors, and install the replacement if necessary by following the reverse procedure.
