ECU does not recognize the battery on Volkswagen Golf, what to do?

Answer

If you have replaced the battery and the car does not start it may seem that the control unit does not recognize it, but in reality the control unit system is not recognizing the ignition key. This is therefore an error in the key-control unit-battery system. So try replacing the key battery as well, this should reset the key and perhaps fix the problem.
