This guide provides instructions to remove and replace the ECU from a Volkswagen Polo by following these simple steps. First, open the bonnet of your car and start by disconnecting the battery by unscrewing the terminal nuts. Next, remove the plastic cover found under the windscreen wipers, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the fixing screws of the ECU, then remove the fixing pin; disconnect the wiring to remove it and replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure!
