Answer

The electronic key has a physical emergency key inside. To extract it we will simply have to press the button and then pull. Once the physical emergency key has been extracted, we will have to remove the side cover of the handle, thus revealing the emergency lock. At this point, to open the machine we will simply have to insert the key and rotate.
