Answer

In the GMC Sierra, the appearance of frequent hesitation during acceleration is a symptom that indicates the presence of a malfunction in the fuel system of the engine. Being a vehicle with diesel engine, the problem could lie in a dirty injector, to be disassembled, cleaned and eventually replaced, or in the presence of impurities in the diesel and therefore in the relative filter. In both cases we may find lights on the dashboard, which will confirm the nature of the problem. If in doubt, we can always go to our trusted workshop for a check.
