To replace the battery in an Acura TLX, open the hood to access the components inside the engine compartment. The battery is located near the left front headlight and can be removed after disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the mounting bolts. Once the battery is freed, insert the new one into its housing and connect it to the respective terminals; after connecting, secure it with the bolts and finally close the hood.
