This video guides you step by step through the procedure to remove and replace the fuel flap on an Alfa Romeo Giulietta. It is not uncommon for the pin and spring of the fuel flap to break. Here’s how to carry out this replacement easily, quickly (and economically!). First, unscrew the fixing screw of the flap, slide out the entire assembly, and disconnect the water drain tube. Once done, you can finally remove the old pin and insert the new one along with the spring. To reassemble the flap, insert it into the designated housing and screw in the previously removed screw.
