In this video we see what the red or orange zigzag symbol on the dashboard of the Dacia Sandero means. It is a multifunction warning light, and if it appears red, it is an invitation to stop as soon as possible, turn off the engine, and exit the vehicle quickly by contacting a tow truck and the Dacia dealer. If it lights up as an orange warning light, it indicates an electronic fault in our vehicle; we can continue driving, but we must reach a Dacia service center as soon as possible. If it lights up together with the wrench symbol, it means that it is time for a service, which is required every year or 10,000 km (whichever comes first). The service is mandatory for warranty maintenance. If it lights up simultaneously with the tire symbol, it means that there is a loss of pressure in one of the tires. We must therefore check all the tires as soon as possible to determine where the pressure loss is coming from. If it remains lit together with the engine light, it means that there is a problem with the vehicle's pollution control system; if it flashes, then the problem could be a component of the engine, such as the spark plugs or the coil, for example. On diesel versions, it can light up together with the glow plug symbol, indicating a problem with this component. If it lights up together with the ESP symbol, it means that there is a fault in the system and it must be checked.

How to reset the tire pressure warning light on Dacia Sandero?

Let's see below how it is possible to reset the low tire pressure signal on the car: first of all it is necessary to check the correct tire pressure by comparing it with the pressures reported in the use and maintenance manual. After that, turn on the ignition and locate the command on the right side of the steering wheel at the top that allows you to access the on-board computer menu, then select the car symbol, after which select the "up arrow" command up to that the indication "tire pressure" appears on the display. At that point, press the "Ok" control on the steering wheel and keep it pressed to reset the signal.
