Battery Replacement in an Aprilia Rs 125

As usual, the first step is to secure the motorcycle in a stable and safe position for working on it. After removing the fuel tank, locate the battery housing underneath, adjacent to the water tank. Now, remove the small cord found at the bottom of the water tank using a screwdriver (as shown in the video images).

This allows you to move the water tank slightly. Next, disconnect all the electrical cables connected to the battery terminals.

You can now slide the old battery out of its housing and replace it with the new one. Reconnect all the cables and reassemble everything by reversing the previous steps. Job done!
