You can replace the exhaust on an Aprilia Tuono V4 by loosening the screws that secure the exhaust end can to its housing. Once the fixing screws are unscrewed, you can widen the clamp that connects the exhaust to the exhaust manifold.

This will allow you to completely remove the end can to insert the new one, which can then be secured and connected to the manifold. Now, check that everything functions correctly and then secure it all to the respective side supports.
