Before you can begin, position your Aprilia RS 125 on the side stand. Start by removing the seat and fuel tank by undoing the fastening screws and disconnecting the fuel hose and electrical connector. Then, you will also need to remove the air filter block by undoing the fastening screws and disconnecting the various hoses. Once done, undo the screws that secure the slide to the carburettor. At this point, disconnect the hoses connected to the carburettor, then undo the fastening screw. Once you have completed this step, you can remove the carburettor, and the disassembly will be complete.

How to Dismantle the Engine of the KTM EXC 300
