To replace the cylinder and piston of the Aprilia RS 125, first secure the bike on a stand and lift the fuel tank cover. By removing the screws from the cylinder and sliding it out, the piston will be visible. To remove the piston, it will be necessary to take off the retaining circlip, being careful not to bend the conrod. Once the piston and cylinder have been removed, install the new parts by reversing the steps.
