To disassemble the engine of the Aprilia RS 125, you need to loosen the screws that secure the engine block to its housing in the center of the frame. Once it has been completely freed, you can proceed by disconnecting all the connectors and removing the intake and exhaust manifolds. Once the engine block has been released, you can open it by unscrewing the bolts that secure the cylinder and then removing the piston inside it. You will now have access to the crankshaft and all the necessary components, allowing you to check that everything is functioning properly.

How to Service the Beta RR 350
