In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the transmission oil in the Piaggio Vespa GTS scooter, a very simple operation that can be applied to all engine sizes. First of all, we wait for the engine to be completely cold, then we position a container underneath the final area of the transmission and, using a flexible wrench with a 6mm hexagonal head, we unscrew the drain plug. We let all the oil in the crankcase drain out, reinsert the plug, and then introduce the necessary amount of oil through the upper hole. To do this, we can use a pump or a syringe to assist us.

How do you adjust the carburetor solenoid on the Gilera DNA 50?

In order to adjust the carburetor solenoid on the Gilera DNA 50, first you need to remove the solenoid from its housing: this will be accessible from the bottom of the motorcycle, just below the rear fender and in correspondence with the rear swingarm. The solenoid can be removed from its housing by loosening the screws that hold it in place and also disconnecting the connector: by doing this, it will be possible to adjust its intensity following the instructions shown in the video.
