To replace the exhaust on the Sherco SEF-R 450, loosen the screws securing the side panel of the mudguard on its right side. Once this panel is completely removed, you can locate the underlying exhaust, which must be freed from its housing by unscrewing the appropriate screws.

After the support screws are removed, widen the ring connecting the exhaust to the exhaust manifold, and then you can completely remove it. This will allow you to insert the new exhaust and check its operation.
