To dismantle the engine block of the Piaggio Zip, first extract it from its housing: once removed, you can proceed by loosening the screws that secure the side casing and also removing the spark plug from the top of the cylinder. This way, you can unscrew the bolts that secure it to its seat and then loosen the bolts that attach the connecting rod to the piston. By removing the piston itself, you can also dismantle the connecting rod and subsequently remove all other components located inside the engine block.
