Next, remove the spark plug from the top of the cylinder, then loosen the screws securing the cylinder as well: after removing the cylinder, you will be able to locate the piston underneath, which must be freed from the conrod by expanding its retaining ring. At this point, all further components within the engine block can be removed and replaced with new ones.
