If the vehicle is equipped with a control for the motorized closing of the external rear-view mirrors, then it is possible to enable the function that makes the mirrors close automatically when the vehicle is closed; to activate this function it is obviously necessary to have suitable diagnostic instruments to enable this function by changing the coding of the comfort control unit; therefore connect the diagnostic tool to the OBD socket, select the vehicle model and then the control unit to be coded which is precisely number 46, or the comfort system; once you have entered this control unit, activate function 07 of the encodings, select byte 7 and activate bit 7 to activate the requested function.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video.
