Let’s see how to replace the bulb located in the external rear-view mirror of an Audi A3. Using a screwdriver or a plastic lever, remove the number plate light located inside the rear-view mirror (remove the mirror and the cover). Once the light fixture is removed, extract the bulb holder, then disconnect the bulb from it. Install the new LED bulb (same size and voltage), inserting it into the bulb holder. Reassemble the light fixture back into the mirror housing by pressing it in until the clips lock automatically. Finally, test the correct operation of the previously installed bulb.
