Replacing the Headlight Switch on Audi A4 B7

To extract the headlight switch on Audi A4 (B6 and B7 versions), push the switch all the way in and then rotate it: as seen in the video, this will allow it to come out of its housing. When removing the entire switch assembly, you will need to disconnect the rear connector by pressing on its sides. Once done, if you only need to replace the upper cover (the one with the symbols), you can remove it with a utility knife by prying in the slot underneath, as shown in the video. Otherwise, replace the entire assembly by reversing the process.
