To replace the battery of an AUDI A3 remote control, it is necessary to obtain a Duracell model 2032 battery. Now proceed to extract the emergency key to have visibility on the hole covered by it, then insert a screwdriver inside to release the shell of the key. Lift the shell to gain access to the battery, then pull it out. It will be advisable to remove any dust accumulated inside the remote control, an excellent method is to use a wd-40 spray and a detergent, then dry with a microfibre cloth. Then insert the new battery in the space provided and close the remote control.
