In order to replace the third brake light bulb on the Audi A3, you need to open the boot, so that you can work on the inside of the tailgate. Here, it will be necessary to unscrew the two screws that secure the internal cover of the lower part of the hatch; once this has been removed, it will also be possible to detach all the other covers, up to the one corresponding to the third stop. In this way, the headlight can be pushed from the inside to the outside, disconnecting the connector. Now, the bulb can be removed and replaced with a new spare part.
