How to Remove the Brake Light on an Audi A4 B7

To access the third brake light on the Audi A4 (B7), open the trunk. From the top of the open trunk, you can reach the access panel for the third brake light. From there, you can access the electrical connector, which you need to disconnect from its housing. Then, easily remove the clips holding the third brake light in place. Once it is removed from its housing, you can easily inspect it and check for any burnt bulbs among the five positioned in the housing. If needed, replace them, remembering to avoid touching the new bulbs with your hands. Then, reposition the light assembly, reconnect the electrical connector, and close the access panel. Operation complete.
