Where is the Windscreen Wiper Fuse on the Volkswagen Polo MK5?

The Volkswagen Polo has two locations for the fuse boxes. The cabin one is located directly under the steering wheel, behind a plastic cover. The second location (not a box) is physically above the battery; it is a single block, positioned above the positive terminal of the battery and must be removed before working on the battery itself. The fuse for the wiper motor is located in the cabin fuse box, and it is #F2. Also in this box is the fuse for the cigarette lighter, which is also the power socket. This is fuse #F42.
