Instructions for Removing the Front Fender

Model: Audi Tt 8N, MK 1 - Years 1998-2006

Start by placing the vehicle on appropriate jack stands and removing the front wheel. Next, unscrew all the fasteners of the wheel well cover to remove it. Clean any dirt accumulated inside the fender and unscrew the fasteners of the soundproofing cover, beneath which are the fasteners for the fender itself. Proceed to remove these, as well as those along the inner edge of the hood closing line and those under the headlamp, finishing with the fasteners at the front edge of the fender. At this point, you can remove the fender from its position.

First, pull the plastic lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, lift the bonnet and secure it with the metal prop.
