How to Replace a Car Headlight Bulb

To replace a headlight bulb in your car, you can do it yourself without needing a professional. It's not simple because you have to remove the headlight, but the following guide shows you how to do it. You will need a new bulb and a flathead screwdriver. Unscrew the screws that hold the headlight in place, slightly pulling back the bumper to allow the screwdriver tip to fit in. Then, rotate the headlight to release it from its housing and disconnect the plug at the back. Once the headlight is removed, lower and expand the metal spring that holds the bulb in place, then extract the old bulb and replace it with the new one.
