How to Replace the Window Regulator Motor on an Audi A3 8P

This video tutorial shows how to replace the window regulator motor on an Audi A3 8P: open the door and remove the plastic cover, underneath which you will find the screws to detach the panel. Remove all the T27 Torx screws from the panel, then pull firmly from one side and then the other, lifting the panel as it is clipped in place. Once the panel is detached, remove the clips from the handle by disengaging them; remove the second panel, which is also clipped in (remove the rubber and pull out the handle cable). Detach the window regulator motor using a T30 spanner; unscrew the screws holding the inner supports. Disconnect the cables going to the motor. Once all screws are removed as shown in the video, you can take out the window regulator motor (press the motor support; otherwise, it won't come out). Replace the old motor with a new one and reassemble all parts in reverse order.
