Replacing the Window Regulator Motor on Audi A3

Model: Audi A3 MK 2, 8P - Years 2003-2013

In this tutorial video, you will learn how to remove the motor and window regulator mechanism from a second-generation Audi A3. First, open the front door and remove the door panel by taking out all the fixing screws and disconnecting the handle cable and the window regulator electrical connector. Once the panel is removed, take out the Torx screws securing the window mechanism and disconnect the electrical connectors, including the speaker connector. Unscrew the side Torx screw and remove the window mechanism, as shown in the video!
