How to Remove the Speaker from an Audi A3

Model: Audi A3 MK 2, 8P - Years 2003-2013

Before starting, open the door so you can work freely. Start by removing the door trim by simply prying it off. This will expose the screws that secure the door panel, which you will then unscrew and remove. After that, release the clips holding the panel using a thin but sturdy tool. Once done, you will be able to remove the door panel. Before pulling it away completely, disconnect the window regulator connector. Once the door panel is removed, you will see the screws securing the speaker, which you will remove. After removing these screws, you will be able to extract the speaker from its housing. To remove it completely, simply disconnect the rear connector. Once you have completed this last step, you will have successfully disassembled the speaker.
