This tutorial demonstrates how to remove the front door panel on an Audi A3, a very simple and quick operation. Start by opening the door you will be working on, then using a flat-head screwdriver or preferably a plastic trim tool, remove the speaker cover.

Next, unscrew the bolts you just exposed using a Torx T25 key, pry around the perimeter of the panel with the trim tool, and separate it from the door. Finally, disconnect the internal connectors and fit any replacement part if necessary.
