To replace the door panel of the Audi A3, use a thin object to pry off the panel located in the centre of the door, beneath which is the speaker. Once this panel is removed, you can unscrew the underlying screws to free the panel: it should now be detached from the door, starting from the bottom.

Then, disconnect the connectors inside so that you can connect the new panel to them; after connecting, secure the new panel with the appropriate screws.
